During this master class with a professional artisans of fresh pasta bolognese from Le Sfogline, you will not only learn how to prepare and cook traditional dishes like tortellini or tagliatelle, but you will also delve into the cultural heritage and origins of Bolognese cooking traditions. All in the unique location of Villa Scarani, a 700' villa with a wonderful view on the roofs of Bologna just 10min from the city centre.
UP ON THE HILL
We'll pick you up from your hotel and bring you up on the hills of Bologna, at Colle dell'Osservanza
Back in the 700': we'll visit the astonishing Villa Scarani and their olive tree grove where they produce organic extra virgin olive oil
Hands on the wood board: we'll learn how to prepare la sfoglia bolognese (the dough). Our sfogline will explain all the techniques and tips to make different kind of Bologna's traditional egg pasta, using hands and mattarello and mixing fun with instructions
The banquet: we'll taste the results of our efforts, so we'll cook our pasta we've prepared and cheer together!
